We have an FAQ tile, but it is pretty useless because the user can't then look at the FAQs in sections or search within them. Instead, we train users to use the search bar at the top of the page and then filter to FAQs, but this involves more clicks and the user needs to know the right terminology to search for.
Updating to add that there should be a search bar for the FAQ page as well. That way users can search for key words and more easily find their question.
I'd even be ok with keyword tags as a way to "label" them. We add the main Category type to the title for now, but having them in sections would definitely be a bonus on UI and searchability for users with extensive coursework.
