Need the ability to pull reports on approvals and denials for courses as well as sessions

Once a Learners' request has been approved/denied, it disappears from the queue.

We need a way to see a list of all prior approvals and denials, who approved/denied them, the date it was requested, the date and time it was approved/denied.

This is a MUCH-needed report since we have several Department Admins for each group who need to report on who approved and denied whom as well as when and why. Very important.
