Please add the ability to select a 'Send Time' for Scheduled Reports. It is ridiculous the systems sends the reports 3am ET for the daily scheduled reports. Even if we need to select the send time in the time zone where your servers are located, it would be better to do a time zone conversion than to not be able to set the time at all.

I appreciate you for taking the time to write an awesome idea. We understand this need and we'll take this into consideration as we improve and develop new reporting features.
In the meantime, could you share why you'd want a specific send time for a scheduled report? Who'd the stakeholder be for the specific time and how will setting a send time benefit you/your organization?
