Please add the ability to adjust the Waitlist Expiration functionality. It's not ideal the Waitlist expire 24-hours prior to the Session start time. We should have control to manage the expiration time settings for waitlist.
It would be nice to be able to report on waitlist data. It is not ideal the waitlist data is automatically deleted once the expiration of 24 hrs. prior to start date hits.
If a staff member is complaining they cannot get into a training, It would be nice to have the ability to pull a report on how many times a person tried to register for the course & session but was waitlisted.
A whole year ago and the waitlist remains the same with no update. This is disappointing.
We haven't used this feature yet, but it will definitely make us think twice about using it!

I understand the need to access waitlist data pre and post-session. Where would you expect to access waitlist data? How would you like to filter it? Please tell me more about an ideal waitlist report.
Yes please! We often admit the waitlisted learners, but need to see the final count the day before to ensure we can make room. It is also helpful to have that data for later when reviewing the efforts a learner made to complete the training. We base disciplinary actions on their efforts to remain in compliance Lastly, we send out text and email reminders the day before and if there is a cancellation, we no longer have the waitlist to fill the seat.
I agree. At minimum the waitlist data should not disappear, it should be retained. Delegates often drop out on the day so waitlists should be active up until the time the sessions start.
