When nudge emails go out, it is not clear who is cc'd on the email to the user. We have admins/managers getting nudge emails for learners, and the email is addressed to the learner. Because they cannot see the CC line, they feel something is wrong with their record, the system, or that the email is phishing/spam. We already struggle to get people to pay attention to system emails, so this confusion does not help. Suggest showing the CC line on the email so users are aware why they are getting it, and who it is directed to.
