Currently, the What's Next tile only shows content due within 7 days. We like to assign and give learners several weeks to complete content. When a learner signs in, if it is more than a week, the tile reads they are all caught up. This technically isn't true, as there is content with an associated due date that is outstanding. We would like the number of days to be editable via either a template or portal setting. This will increase completion and decrease confusion.
