We need metrics that show the usage of resources and course completions. For us, anything by department would work. I used the system usage report but it doesn't give any breakdown. The enrollment report should have wach learner in one row, then you could filter by course.
Completion reports for everything, Resources, Courses, curriculums. all the things, organized by your preference.

By resource usage, do you mean usage of course uploads or are you referring to some other type of LMS resource? Please tell me more about what you're trying to do, and your specific use case so we can understand more clearly what you are hoping to get from a feature enhancement
