Waitlist reporting

I would like to be able to specify a date range for a waitlist report to be sent. I have 20 sessions over a 12 month period falling on various days of the week. At this stage the only option seems to be to create a daily report for each session which is not an efficient way of running the report which is only needed approximately 2 days before the waitlist expires.

      Hi Ken,

      Thanks for the reply. It more relates to the ability to pull a view of all users that were on the waitlist for a session after the fact.

      If I have a set of sessions over 6 months and each session has a waitlist of 3-5 people. I'd like to be able to a take a view of all the individuals that were on waitlists, this would help understand the planning for more sessions and / or give those that missed out the opportunity to enrol in new sessions before more widely advertising them within the business.

      At the moment - I'm pulling a booking report 2 days before each session to capture the waitlist before it expires, I'm then collating these waitlisted individuals to keep track of 'priority' individuals when we launch the next wave of sessions.

      Is there a better way to manage this? I may be doing something wrong here....

      Hi there,

      Currently you can add filters to the ILC Session report which would limit the results to those in a range:

      • Class Start Date to Class End Date

      • Enrollment Start Date to Enrollment End Date

      Does this meet your needs, or were you looking for something else? (for example: a rolling date range calculated from today's date to the waitlist expiration date?)
