Some courses we want learners to “chat” or engage with a course admin/instructor. Ask questions, share ideas, get follow up messages from the instructor/admin. It creates a more interactive and on-going collaborative experience. Would be great to have a chat, built in IM feature to Instructor/Admin as a way to engage with an instructor, SME or admin associated with the course before or after the course. Email or Text notification if a message is posted.
