Our FAQ tile demands to show a list of a few questions. In user testing, users could not find where the FAQs were because it doesn't look like the other tiles. Our implementation admin said if we add more tiles, it will then appear differently. This tile now is very inconsistent and sometimes shows the list of questions and sometimes doesn't. It's cool that we have an option to show questions, but we should also have the option to only have the tile as a link to the FAQs.
To get around this, we created a custom tile that is called 'FAQs' and has a clear icon. This makes it look like the other tiles, but it does mean it doesn't automatically translate - you have to update the translations area.
Currently, the only way to prevent the individual FAQs from being displayed on the tile is to limit the width of the tile. This is not ideal. There should be an option to only show the icon.
