We are finding too many users forgetting their e-signature when it comes to the first time they needed. They set it up when they first log in, which for us is likely the first or second day with the company. Some courses, the e-signature is required before advancing to next in the course so a learner is stuck waiting for a reset before they can move on.
Would like to have an option for Learners to just tick a box, or type their name as a signature, rather than a code they need to remember.
Yes! we are having a MAJOR struggle with learners forgetting their PIN, which puts a huge administrative task on us to reset each individual every time. They need to be able to reset their PIN on their own, or be able to use the E-signature feature without having to login with their username/password or PIN
