We have curriculums with badges attached, however to encourage completion of all curriculums, we would like to be able to give a special badge or competency to highlight completion
This would enable easier reporting on completion of a group of curriculums.
Another option would be to allow completion of a course to be +1 of a badge level (rather than X badge level) so that they can complete curriculums in any order to level up a competency.
Yes! We would like to set up rules on the competency level. Like if you complete 3 out of the 5 following productivity courses, then receive a badge. Another example: we recommend a series of courses over the first 90 days someone is using our software. I'd like to reward badges to those that complete all of the recommended courses. These courses are not in a specific curriculum, so it'd be a rule like if a user completes x, y, z course, then they get a badge.

An example being we have a programme/ onboarding called ‘Elements’. The user has to complete Curriculum 1, curriculum 2, curriculum 3 etc as part of Elements.
We would like a badge for completing all of elements. Currently they get a badge for completing the last curriculum of the series, but that doesn’t reflect if they have completed all the curriculums before that. We would like a quick way to report on and reward someone who’s taken the time to complete the full programme.
It would also be good to be able to reward someone with a badge who has completed all management/ leadership curriculums which can then be reported on for review/ promotion purposes.

Could you tell me more about a separate badge for completing a group of curriculums? Do you mean a hierarchy of completion above the completion of a curriculum?
Could you share a usecase for a special badge or competency to highlight completion?
