Currently we have to check enrollment keys on a weekly basis to manually move learners into the right department if they use a special enrollment key and already have an account.
The enrollment key is set up to add new learners to a special department and when they are new that works great! If they already have an account we have to monitor manually and move.
There seem to be many idea submission related to this topic so I'd encourage the developers to consider it. We really need to ability to use the enrollment keys to change the department of existing users, not just place new users in a pre-specified department. manually moving users to a different department based on certain scenarios has created a lot of extra work for us, this enhancement would solve that.
I would love this feature for a client. Give the option to add an existing to a new department, while keeping the option to function how it does now
