Ability to add availability rules/restrictions to who can access what resources within a course/ curriculum. This should include only making the resource available after the person has completed the course/ curriculum. For example, we have tried a work around. We have a resource attached to a curriculum. We only want people to access it after completing the curriculum. We set up a competency so that when learners complete the curriculum, they earn a X competency level 1. Then we link to that resource from the curriculum, and it will only be accessible if the learners have the competency/ curriculum completed. But, this adds too many extra clicks for the learner, making it inconvenient.
