Setting on the back end to permanently NOT show courses in My Catalog

Setting to not show courses in My Catalog. It's crazy that there is no setting on the back end to change this. It's confusing to new users and looks absolutely terrible.

    Only way to change is for the learner to use the "refined search" EVERY time they go to My Catalog.
