We have ILC sessions with participants present on site, but we also want to offer remote participants a way to join the same sessions. Therefore we think it makes sense to have the option to offer 2 different venues for the same ILC session; a physical location (meeting- & classrooms, town hall auditorium, etc.) and a virtual venue (MS Teams).
This should have multiple rooms as well as a Room and Zoom/Webex etc. In the current Hybrid environment, some people are in the office and some are remote. also trainings for multiple offices which happens together.
Hello, any updates on this idea?
Yes, we're doing more blended Classroom -plus- Teams classes.
Thank you for your answer, Whitney. I think it makes sense that learners would be able to enroll in one or the other, to better organize the physical location setup (registration, seating, catering etc.).
This is a great idea - thank you for the feedback. To confirm, how would you like available seats managed? Would learners only be able to enroll in one or the other? Or when enrolled, would learners have access to both the on site seat and virtual seat?
I agree! Since we have multiple locations, we have started offering Hybrid courses that have an in-person venue and a Zoom link. This would be very helpful.
