We would like to use the observation checklist to record our employees (users) competency assessments. I recommend we add the Instructions for the Reviewer text field in the Observation Checklist Activity, Checklist Summary Report. We use a rating scale of 1-5. When we view this report, there is nothing in the report that explains what the rating scale means. Without the Instructions for the Reviewer text field in the report, there is nothing that states what the user must accomplish to receive their rating score. This information is vitally important when we need to present an employee’s (user) competency assessment in a union hearing or in a court case. In addition, there is no way to print or export the Checklist Summary Report from the LMS (such as a PDF document).
