In Canada, more specifically in Quebec province, we have a law that obliges us to declare the training activities that have been followed during the year, for all the employees of a company (this law is called 1% law)
Every year, we tear our hair out trying to produce a report that contains all the necessary data for all of our employees. This report must contain:
Full name of employee
Training completed by employees
Categories of training courses taken
Completion time for each of these courses.
It would be nice to be able to have this automated report in your system. Currently, we have part of the information, but not grouped together in one place.
