I would like to see this reviewed as well, even given the posting date. We have employees who complete training required by law (confined space, working at heights, different types of heavy equipment.) Tying in the expiry date/ certificate expiry to have the date either within the postings of the badge(competency) or remove the badge when someone is expired.
Ex. Working at Heights expired January 1, 2025, there is a corresponding date on the badge showing when it is good until, and the badge is removed from the profile until they complete the course again.
