I would like to have an action option to export the data being viewed in the Manager Experience (such as the courses/status/priority from the learners view) an an excel or CSV file.
This would be of great help to us. Currently our managers use the Managers Experience as their way of visually seeing their direct reports progress of trainings and certifications. But they all comment that it would be so much easier to be able to download a report of what they are seeing, direct from the Manager Experience rather than having a bespoke role set-up for them and then helping them to navigate the Admin portal. For those that do not navigate the Admin Portal very often, this can be a source of stress for them, trying to remember what steps are required, something we have created help cards for, but could be removed if the reporting option was available within the Manager Experience.
It is mission critical to have this export functionality. We could do away with the cumbersome and non-user friendly way that users have to get reporting now. Please prioritize this!
Would be great for Managers to be able to pull a CSV file directly from the Manager dashboard or elsewhere in the Manager experience WITHOUT being required to be an admin of any sort. If the visuals are available, why not have a report of the data? Most managers or VIce Presidents will not go through the same steps as LMS admins to download a report of their people's learning activity. Please work on this enhancement which should really be regular feature for a manager.
This would be key for our leaders. In our organization, they don't see the correct people on the report when it's based on the Department data structure. The manager experience, which uses an organizational hierarchy of direct and indirect reports, is more accurate. This discrepancy results in a lot of questions about why they're seeing people in their reports who don't report to them. Being able to pull reports into an excel or csv file from Manager experience would be instrumental in accurate reporting on our employees. Thank you.
+1, if not directly in Manager Experience, then at least have it create the reports in Admin Experience (through taking you right to it) to export. That would be very helpful for Administrators for external clients who are not as technologically savvy and experienced in using Admin Experience.
