The fact that currently the new Manager Experience is only accessible via the Admin UI created some unnecessary clicks and adds complexity for managers wanting to access the ME. If a user is designated with a manager role, there should be a way to present a point of entry to them from the Learner Experience (for example, a "my team" icon in the top right corner of the screen). Likewise, there should be a way for them to exit back out to their Learner Experience dashboard from the Manager Experience.
Hello Everyone,
As a part of the May release, we have added the ability to configure a menu item and tile in the Learner Experience which will be displayed dynamically to users who have the Manager user type.
The menu item / tile will navigate the user to the Manager Experience.
Additionally, we have added this type of menu item and tile for the Reviewer Experience.
Please review our release notes for full details: https://support.absorblms.com/hc/en-us/articles/16311601226643-May-Release-Notes-2023-#01GZKYZKWC0Z5PFB2VB2YPWXWA
Does anyone know if there's any update on this? I see that it says Likely to Implement, just don't know when...
This is definitely a gap when ME was created without giving a gateway to enter for the Learners/Reviewers who can also be Managers.
Our company uses SSO, but we provide direct links to both expereinces that will trigger the SSO process.

The same is applicable to a reviewer role. Both roles could be conditionally available in the hamburger menu if the user has the role assigned to them. This would be consistent with the Admin role, link and entry/exit.
