Enable Approval for Courses Accessed from Curricula
Currently, course approval does not work if courses are accessed from curricula. Enabling this functionality would allow for approval processes to work regardless of whether a course is accessed from the catalog or from within a curriculum.
Having a choice on the course level would be key. This is a good idea, though would still need the option for when a curriculum approval governs all its courses, and approval is only required when accessing outside the curriculum.
