Manager Experience Set Up

The new Manager Experience is a great enhancement but the decision to only allow the set up of the manager - colleague relationship to function in one direction is disappointing and unnecessarily increases workload.

When setting up new colleagues it is easier to set their manager from the colleague (i.e. Person A is managed by Person B) rather than having to set up all the information for the new colleague (Person A) and then go to their manager's profile (Person B) to set the manager relationship (i.e. Person B manages Person A).

Only having the functionality work in one direction does not allow for efficient administration of colleague onboarding and increases the risk of error please reconsider this decision.

    Additionally allow many to many relationship. Team members of a C-level executive can have additional unofficial managers, or in general a person can report to multiple managers across multiple departments.
