Our current challenge is our LMS admin reviewing the Analyze Dashboard reports for curriculum completion, User Transcript or User Enrollment report and seeing the curriculum as 'In Progress', but looking at the courses contained within, they all look like they might be done. This is due to the system not showing the course if it is not enrolled.
If there were a way to allow the User Transcript, Enrollment report and Analyze dashboards to show all courses in a curricula, not just those that are 'Enrolled' by the learner, it would help immensely in showing them the workload that is still remaining for the learner. I understand why all courses within a curricula can't be enrolled when the curricula is assigned, so this would be a great alternative, at least for our use case.
We currently have >10,000 users globally, and 1,443 are LMS admins. We currently have 98 actively-used curriculum. This means that each LMS admin potentially has a large number of their users to review and question individually, since they can't see the full picture of a curricula's progress. It takes quite a bit of time for them to "impersonate" each user to see the actual completion of a curricula and what courses remain. Even the Analyze Dashboard function doesn't have an option to show the curricula progress for a learner AND each of the courses' progress.
