Our staff must complete a certain amount of credits (CPD) or learning hours each financial year. It would be helpful for Managers to be able to view the total Credit balance for relevant period for each of their direct reports including credits from external training. This would help reduce reporting by System Admins and help managers keep track more easily. Currently we need to export a Learner Activity Report and an External Training Report and add the data to show the total credits for a period.

As a part of the May release, we have added Credits to the Learners View of the Manager Experience.
Managers will be able to see a summary of all credits earned by each learner as well as a breakdown by credit type.
