A NEW helpful data column for reports would be to add the # of times a user attempted the course. This is different from the existing data column of # of times they accessed the course. Accessing could include that the user had to start/stop the course before finishing it. Ideally, if you create the # of times Attempted data column, this would capture the # of times the user went back into resume the course after they've completed it. This would be a valuable data tool if we're noticing multiple attempts- it could tell us if a user is struggling in that particular area, or perhaps the course is not delivering/explaining content well and may need to updating or replacement.
