If SSO is switched on but external customers are also allowed access to the LMS via a different url, the reset password / forgot password link in the generated email uses the default SSO url. Therefore customers can never reset passwords. Can a new {{{ResetPasswordLink}}} field be added to cope with this.
Having two links would be significantly more efficient for your customers. I have about 200 users that use SSO and about 11,000 users that use NON SSO that are being directed to the wrong link when they need to reset their passwords. We just migrated over to Absorb LMS, so believe me when I say I have hundreds of individuals emailing me each day regarding this.
