Inactive Courses Should Not be Visible as Overdue in the Manager Experience
Courses that are "inactive" in the LMS should not be displayed as Overdue for employees in the Manager Experience. Employees cannot access the course content to complete a course once it has been switched to inactive.
I agree with this! Our Managers do not know what courses are active vs inactive, so they may be telling their employees to finish something that can't even be found in the employee's Learner Experience. This causes confusion for both the manager and employee.
Making a course inactive should prompt the admin to identify if they want to unenroll anyone who is In Progress, or Not Started.
