There should be a drop-down list of direct reports available from the left-side menu in the Manager Experience on the "Learners" tab. Managers should be able to select an individual direct report and drill down to view all statuses of their courses. Currently, on the "Learners" tab, all direct reports are listed and managers have to scroll down and select an employee to then view their courses. Having a drop-down list of employee names to select from (like the drop-down list to "Select Courses') would create a better experience for managers.
