Ability to Enroll Unmatched Users When Using Mark Attendance Autofill

Currently with the Autofill Mark Attendance option if someone attends a session but isn't enrolled Absorb provides a report of unmatched users. It would be helpful to have the option to auto enroll those unmatched learners from that report if their emails can be matched to any user in the system, even if they are not enrolled in that session. Or mark them as attended somehow rather than simply providing a CSV.

In response to how this would work, one idea would be to set up the Mark Attendance page more similarly to the other report pages, where you can click on a learner's name. The columns in the Mark Attendance page are currently the learner name column, the session column(s), the overall grade column, the ILC score column, and the ILC credits column.

The learner column should include all people enrolled in the session and present in the Zoom.

An additional "In Zoom" column could be added, that lists Yes/No for if the user was in the Zoom. Another additional "In Absorb" column could be added that lists Yes/No for if the email account has an account on the LMS. This would be instead of the unmatched attendees being a pop-up in the Mark Attendance page.

Finally, additional action options should be added to the menu, similar to how it is set up on other LMS reports. You would be allowed to click on the learners names and an action menu would appear on the right side of the screen with option to "Enroll User" or "Send Message". The Enroll User option would allow you to enroll the learners in the session if they were not already enrolled. The Send Message option would allow you to send an email to those users who attended the Zoom but did not have an account in the system.

This is a great idea and would streamline the process for instructors and learners.
