The Department progress report as it stands isn't useful other than to other L&D people; engagement against enrolments means nothing to ops people. We need a version of the department progress report that shows the hard numbers on completion, not % numbers, as the % complete numbers do not match the hard completion numbers no matter which way you calculate.
