It would be helpful if Credits (as opposed to Company Time) was visible in the Enrollments page.
Current process:
We have courses with preset credits and matching company time. Rather than create a new course for each variety of credit (we already have over 11,500 "courses"), we use the Company Time to enter the minimum credit, and when managers create a session and mark attendance, in the Mark Attendance portion they Mass enter the actual credit hours. It shows as the entered credits on the full transcript, but unfortunately does not show on the Enrollments report used to narrow down training by year.
Requested process:
Add credits (as entered when Mark Attendance is used) to the View Enrollments list so when we filter a "transcript" using enrollments for the year, we can be adding up the actual completion credits earned, not a generic minimum assigned to the overall course.
Also requesting that all courses are able to have the credits edited when Marking Attendance. Each course offered may last a different amount of time depending on participation and ability, and we mark what was actually completed.
Since transcripts cannot be narrowed down, we really need for actual assigned credits to show under the View Enrollments report.
