For every occurrence and/or session, an instructor needs the ability to add notes to a learner's transcript. i.e., "Was tardy," "Missed X topic, must retake," etc. Right now instructors can only mark present or not. No other option can be included for the user's transcript. This is a huge miss for tracking ILC.
