With a Course Evaluation that uses a Rating mode, could we configure the Evaluation to ensure that if a student gives a rating below a certain number, they then are presented with a box asking a question such as "How can we improve this service/function etc.?" That question would allow the student to type text into a box to explain what they would like changed or improved.
