Nearly all work today is being done through some SaaS platforms through their browser. Absorb could deliver content recommendations through a browser extension while they are in the SaaS application. For example, engineers setting up cloud services, who might need a refresher on how to set up an S3 bucket could see content recommendations through their browser extension (see attached). Having direct access to content recommendation while in the flow of work would vastly improve learner engagement.
