We want to be able to enter, display, and track regions where we charge zero tax, either due to exemption or currently being under the threshold to register.
Currently, you receive an error and cannot save a tax rate if the value is zero. I understand this is intended to be helpful, but it reduces our control over how we manage our tax rate information.
Please make this a warning message instead of an error, and allow for saving, to allow us more control over our tax rates.
