My team and I are new to Absorb and just getting started with Global Resources. Wondering if it is currently possible to assign a Global Resource to more than one Parent Category at a time? We have several different Parent Categories but would like to update resources in one spot vs trying to remember everywhere we put the resource and update individually.
I do this by uploading the file in one folder, then creating a new global resource and when selecting a file, instead of uploading the file again, search for the name of the file you have already uploaded in another folder. Select that file and this will add it in the 2nd global resources folder. Now, whenever you need to update the file, it won't matter which resource you access. You search for the file and select 'replace'. It will show you all the places that file is being used. When you then replace the file, it will be updated everywhere the file is in use.
