Allow Admins to change scale for course evaluations
In order to more fully align with Net Promoter Score calculations, I'd like to be able to alter the course evaluation scale from 1-5 stars to a 0-10 rating. This allows a more accurate NPS calculation.
We have a research team that develops evaluations, sometimes with a different scale than the five-point scale used in the standard Absorb LMS course evaluations. We are a nonprofit, and the ability to get specific data for our research and reporting requirements is critical as it's linked to funding. For example, yesterday, our research team asked for a survey that required 7 items. In other cases, most questions may use one scale (ex., 7-item Likert scale), and we may have other questions that use a different scale (ex., yes/no question). I'd say the ability to customize the scale by question is equally important. I called Absorb LMS support and they suggested that I submit this to ideas. We use this for internal and external learners, and this is a critical feature for us. Our current workaround is creating surveys in SCORM format (via Articulate Storyline), which show up in the Assessments report. It will also be helpful if results from these custom surveys are located within the Course Evaluations report, rather than assessments. We do try to use the built-in absorb survey when available.

This is a necessary update that is needed to evaluate the basic NPS requirements. What are the work arounds until this can be updated?
