I am requesting the implementation of a new feature within the LMS that would provide a Communications Transcript to track engagement with the communications sent through the platform. This feature would significantly enhance our ability to monitor and assess communication effectiveness, ensuring better organizational engagement and compliance.
The proposed communication transcript feature would capture the following information:
Read Receipts
Undeliverable Messages
Reactions to Emails
Unread Messages
Better visibility of original message
The data will allow us to measure our messages' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and enhance our overall communication strategy.
I also request that there be an Alias Feature. I have found that Learners respond better when the message comes from a person vs. system generated.
