Users should have the ability to enroll in Career Paths that lead them through a set curriculum and the Competency badge can show pending until user has completed all requirements. currently you cannot see any competency until it is earned. This "pending" or unearned view would allow managers to quickly look at a learners competencies to see what has been earned and what is currently in progress without having to scroll through the learners transcript. Career path progress should be viewable on the Transcript page or elsewhere so the learner can see what's coming in their development.
