Learners are being tasked with achieving 100% completion of mandatory courses. Currently the only method for them to be aware of their completion progress is by viewing the list of courses to see if any remain.
The proposal would be to have a widget for the learner experience that shows the learner their percentage of mandatory courses complete, visually demonstrating how close to 100% they are. In turn also indicating when the come out of 100% completion due to courses renewing or new mandatory courses being added.
The front end user is the real target for this functionality and it also goes a small way to gamify their learning experience and drive them to complete courses, therefore leaders and the Organization also benefit.
