We have a range of users who, due to contractual obligations do not want to have our Company Name on the New User template due to the fact that they brand our product as their own and it can create confusion. The challenge we have is that the generic New User Template for some of our users appears to be spam as there is no mention of our Company Name and our Support Team are getting queries from our partners around this which is not a good customer experience.
