Can the user experience for the Next Generation Learner Experience be improved upon?
Depending on the view, a user working on a standard laptop screen may have a poor viewing experience. Though the user can switch from one view to another, (example from Details view to Compact view), it is not immediately obvious to the user that they can do this. Can this be made more obvious, for example, a small pop-up alert highlighting this feature?
Can any new buttons/additions after a new release, be added to the Portal Settings – Users - ‘View History’ tracking, as currently this activity does not seem to be recorded?
Can the observations listed above be addressed, to ensure a better user experience? We have had users getting in touch as this new UI is not optimal on their standard laptop screens and the ability to change view is not immediately obvious.
