We enroll learners into Task or Observation-based courses as a method of tracking training requirements and documentation. Often times, no action is needed on behalf of the learner and instead clutters the "My Courses" section. I propose an option where the course can be assigned to the learner, but hidden from his/her view.
This would also be helpful for courses that are not priority, waived, or receive automatic completion from an admin standpoint.
I would like to upvote this feature, specifically the option for a manager to mark a task or observation-based course as "Waived". We customize our onboarding plans for account managers based on what accounts they will be supporting. It's not feasible to create multiple versions because the variations can't be anticipated -- they are very custom to the individual. It would be ideal to be able to build a super-set of onboarding activities, and then allow the manager to opt out of certain tasks or courses as needed.
