Today, Pinpoint is an all or nothing tool. Powerful transcription tool but we are not using the tool since the transcription is included in the search results. Please provide a way for clients to choose to use Pinpoint without linking the transcription to search results.
In particular, we suggest an option to limit video lessons within a course from showing up in search results so users can’t launch them individually. This becomes a problem if lessons are required to be taken in order. If a user launches the content of the video lesson from the search results, it enrolls them in a course that they might not want to take – and they might not be able to access the video anyhow because they haven’t completed the previous required chapters. We would like to prevent this frustration for our users.
