The ability to un-enroll from an ILC Course would enable learners to change their mind not only at the session level but the course level as well without the need for administrative intervention
This feature would provide the most benefit at the course level, rather than portal-level. I say this as a non-programmer, and I'm sure that's easier said than done, but making this a portal-level choice negatively impacts reporting.

Thank you for your idea. We added support for learner's to un-enroll from courses including ILCs in May 2021.
