"New" icon on newest courses Merged

Hello,

It would be nice to have a "New" icon appear on the courses that were just uploaded informing learners that those courses are new.

    I would like this to be something that is controlled by a setting option when creating the course. For example, a tick box or slider to select that you would like the 'New' icon to be displayed. Like we have for featured courses. The reason I would prefer this to something that's automatic is so that I can control how long the new label remains visible for.
