We want learners to be able to change session but at the same time they should not be allowed to cancel from the session. There is toggle combining both this feature together. We would want this both to be a separate toggle so that we manage our ILC more effectively for our used case.
We have been conducting Leadership Essentials Training in an Instructor-Led Classroom (ILC) format which offers multiple sessions. Currently, we manually send invitations to each participant for specific cohorts, and if a participant is unable to attend a particular session, they reply to us, and we subsequently send them an invitation for another session. This process has been time-consuming and challenging to manage efficiently.
In our effort to streamline and automate this process, we are seeking your expertise and guidance. Specifically, we are looking to implement the following within Go Learn:
Automated Session Change: We want participants to be able to change their session if they are unable to attend the one, they've been initially enrolled in. This functionality should allow them to reschedule to another available session without admin's manual intervention.
No Cancellation Option: While we want participants to have the flexibility to change sessions, we do not want them to have the option to cancel their enrollment from the session. This will help us ensure that participants remain committed to the program while accommodating their scheduling constraints.
No Open Self-Registration: Importantly, we do not want to open or allow self-registration for all our users for the sessions. This restriction is vital as we need to maintain control over enrollment.
