We would like to see the API automation set up for the Manager Experience feature.
Through out our pilot with a few of our sites, there has been so much positive feedback on the feature from our managers. It gives them autonomy and access to seeing their team's trainings. This also streamlines our workflow within the learning and development team, saving us time and resources from having to pull reports for each location periodically. We have seen a significant increase in completions for our compliance trainings at locations with access to the Manager Experience feature.
Based on the positive feedback and results in our pilot, we would like to roll it out organization wide but need it to be linked to our API first. Thank you!
