It would be great if you could search a collaboration without using the CTRL+F function of your browser. Tagging posts would also be helpful. This functionality is preventing us for implementing collaborations on a greater scale.
Allow users to browse different Collaboration spaces and join the ones that interest them. Allow ability to search, filter, and TAG Collaboration spaces and posts. Allow ability to pin favorite Collaborations. Allow Collaborations to show most active users/ gamification. Allow notifications (daily, weekly, monthly, real-time) for Collaborations.
Agreed. We would like to be able to tag content in collaborations (auto-tag and allow learners to tag) and we would like to be able for collaborations content to be searchable in:
the general search bar of the LMS. Collaborations should be a filter option, similar to how you can filter for curriculum, ILCs, etc.
Within the collaborations homepage (allow to search across all collaborations)
Within a collaboration itself (allow to search just within the current collaboration).
And, content within posts should be searchable -- so if a link/ file is included in a collaboration post, that link/file will appear in search results.

As a learner, I want to be able to search for questions similar to my own, like we admins do in the ideas portal. I can then view answers and vote those that I find useful.
As an admin, when I get a collaborations report and see that comments have been added or questions asked, this would allow me to search for the question/comment to respond to it.
As an admin, it is frustrating to have to repeatedly answer the same or similar questions. If the learner could search for similar questions before posting, this would reduce the administrative burden.
As a learner, I'd like to be able to quickly see the comments/questions I'd added so that I can review answers. The ability to filter by posts created by or commented on by me would be very useful.
As an admin, I'd like to get more detail that I can report on, such as the percentage of comments that relate to a specific topic. The ability to add tags and then report on these would be very useful.
This has become critical for us, users are getting frustrated that they can't find anythign posted in collaborations, kind of makes it useless once you have more than a couple of posts
I was going to add this. I had a few people reach out saying they wanted to go back to a comment and add more, but couldn't find it after 100s of people commented.
